The apartment was not clean enough. The walls and doors were painted with white but you could see the dirt on the wall and doors. The bed was not comfortable. No sachets for coffee and tea. Other apartment even if it's self catering they put some few sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. The blinds of sitting room you could not open them. I thought someone will show us the room and give us induction how do you do this and that. And it was not smelling fresh at all we had to open windows when we enter to get that fresh air. No plugs into our bedrooms one plug in the kitchen. My Son could not even plug his Xbox when i asked the lady on watsupp for assistance she was only worried about the payment they are charged with if network of Dstv goes away.

What I like about accommodation is that is close to the mall and shopping centre, so easily accessible to do shopping. The accommodation was clean and view was so amazing. The agent who was in charge was friendly and keep communication. The pool area was very clean. The accommodation ensure safety and security to greater extent

What I didn't like about the accommodation is that we were unable to listen to music even during the hours before sound must be off. That turn off our holiday mood.

Collection anytime from a garage after check-in time of 14:00.

Dropping off at the same place when you are already running late. I think a key locker on the property would be a better option.

Central, close to the beach, lovely view, clean & modern

The safe wasn't working and the gate remote was faulty. We were advised to take our own tea and coffee as there would be a limited supply but there was none at all.
