Alojamiento perfectamente equipado, no hemos echado en falta nada. La ubicación es genial y con muchas zonas de aparcamiento. Además, la limpieza era excepcional

El sofá es un poco incómodo

Super location close to shopping, restaurants, beach, bus. Really good balcony with ocean peeks in two directions. Host easy to work with. Everything modern and functioning perfectly. We were a little concerned about the apartments size becuase of lengthy stay, but it worked fine for two. Especially concerned about the kitchens size, but in fact it functioned beautifully as long as there was only one person at a time preparing meals. The owner provided an airfryer which helped a lot. Washing machine was a giant plus. We didn't use the pool (january). Had no need to rent a car, great and cheap bus service available. Extra plus, we did not exchange at all to euros, everything could be paid by google wallet or apple pay!! Nice.

Would have liked an oven, but no where to place it anyway

Fabulous apartment in really nice block and great location. We'll equipped, clean, well presented, comfortable has everything you need. Fantastic balcony. There are great views of the sea in two directions. 5 minutes walk to the beach and centre. Best place we have stayed in San Agustin would definitely recommend. Thanks Ayesa for being a great host.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Everything needed was there, I lived like in my own home. The keys were in the key box, so check-in and check-out was wery easy. The balcony is very large - almost like an extra room. The location is good - close to the beach, shopping center and bus stop. The shopping center also has several car rentals. Playa del Ingles can be reached by walking in 20 minutes along the beach promenade.

It was very hot outside in the first few days and as the apartment does not have air conditioning, it was very hot inside to. I would recommend thinking about installing an air conditioner.

Amazing apartment with everything you might need, even oil and vinegar for cooking. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron. The terrace is sunny all day long. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Good value for the price. The host was very nice and friendly, and offered us a late checkout at no cost.

The only downside was a sewage smell from the toilet. for sensitive people it could be unbearable. I hope there's a way to fix it.
