The door to the property is unmarked, so somewhat difficult to find but once found I was disappointed to find It was up four flights of stairs and there was no elevator. The owner did help me get my luggage up a check out Trying to get my luggage downstairs was a dangerous challenge because the lighting in the stairwell was on a timer so four or five times while I was taking my bags down I had to scramble in the dark to find the light switch. As near as I can tell most of the places in Vernazza are without elevators and the rooms all looked like they were up at least two floors. Also, The bed was hard as a rock. Some people prefer a extremely firm mattress. I just don’t happen to be one of them. If you only have a backpack, you like a hard mattress and an extremely small town this place is for you!
USThe location was perfect, and it was so clean and larger than I expected. The bathroom was very nice and well done for such a small space. Staff was very responsive with messages through the app.
It could be a little noisy on the main street, and nothing seemed to dry in Vernazza, but that's more of a town thing than about the room.

AUVicenzo met me at the property and was only a phone call away! He was very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, very comfortable, with good wifi and the accommodation is in a fantastic location on the main strip of Vernazza. The room and bathroom were modern and the bathroom was very functional with the best showerhead that made for the best shower! All the facilities were extremely clean. Very good value for money.
It isn't something I didn't like, it is just a warning to others, that the room is at the top, up many many stairs. This makes for a great location but some difficulty with getting suitcases up. No mind, however, as Vicenzo carried my suitcase all the way up! I would have like to be able to use the clothesline outside the window (instead there was a flag or something pinned there). And despite having a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods to use.
