the location was not bad at all

- the apartment has about 35 useable m2, not 70m2 as advertised - the so called bedrooms are about 6m2 in size!!! The "wall" separating the 2 "bedrooms" is just a thin plasterwall. I could punch through it with my finger. - the checking procedure was really annoying with a lot of steps to follow. It was exactly what I needed at 11pm with 2 tired kids with me. - the toilet seat was dislodged and moved all over the place - the water in the shower tub was just staying there and not sinking through the shower's sink - the damp smell in the apartment in general and especially in the bathroom was unbearable

We have stayed at Sea and Sun apartments and we have nothing but great impressions about the apartment and our host. The apartment is new and well equipped, with terrace overlooking at the sea. Everything was clean and tidy. The owner was very welcoming and helped is with recommendations of good tavernas and fish restaurants in Perea.

Beautiful accommodation right by the beach, clean, cozy. Incredibly kind host, gave us lots of advice, helped us, and recommended great restaurants. If I could, I would give it 15 points. I highly recommend it.
