Spacious. Cheap for an entire apartment. Good views. Good location.

No hot water in the bathroom. Couldn’t shower and neither could my kids.

Smelled like marijuana and cigars. Hot water didn’t work 1/2 the time.

Security was a hassle. EVERY guest has to be registered via luluhomes then verified by security even if they are coming up for a quick second. There is no thermostat so I was cold. Hair left in the tub. Outlets didn’t work. Couch was old & sunken in, also attached to wooden boards. Light wakes you up in the morning as the curtains are thin & not full width. Shower water was freezing cold. No iron. Apartments hallway & elevator smelled, etc
