Facilities and security were very good. The video directions for keys, use of tv and entry instructions were most useful. A lovely spacious apartment well appointed.

Too invasive with communications from Sheena- once hired leave guests alone unless they are giving problems- we paid a premium for cleaning after our stay (R 450) but were asked where we were sleeping, how many beds we were going to use and why we were renting the apartment- all in multiple commutations including the list of rules 3 times.(we were only 2 guests x1 night) Also the showers were not cleaned properly, with mould and soap residue in each shower. Greasy hand marks on cabinets were observed too
