Very clean and the staff was very responsive

was challenging that the front door did not always work, and in the cold/snow it was a challenge to get to the back door where the code did work. overall loved this property. it was a challenge not having parking or a place to pull up front and unload (with an elderly dog and the snow). sheets could have been more clean, ours had some well-baked-in stains and a bunch of big claw tears, but not a huge deal in the long run. biggest inconvenience was the front door access not working reliably.

The room was clean and everything was fresh and everything we needed was in there!

The showers are a little odd the way they're open on the end. I felt bad taking a shower and water splashing out. And, I think we also wish that there was also a microwave in the room so that we didn't have to leave the room lol. But other than that nothing disappointed!
