Location was perfect!

The beds , it was like goldielocks and the three bears, one was really hard, one you could feel the springs and one made you sink down into it.

I liked how close to the beach the property was. It was a very family friendly atmosphere, but still had amenities for adults to have fun and let loose as well.

I didn’t like the elevator and parking situation. I once ran into an issue finding a spot through the 5 levels granted it was almost 9pm at the time and we were coming back from dinner. The elevators are hard to come by and the cleaning crews tend to hold them on a specific floor with their bags or carts (witnessed first hand during my check out). There needs to be a service elevator implemented in tower 2 like there is one for tower 1.

The location was great, close to the beach. We had our family of 9 and we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious. Having 3 bathrooms was a Godsend. Plenty of room to sit around the table for meals. The balcony had enough furniture to be able to play cards.

We had a toilet that had a broken flusher-no plumbing issues. I tried emailing to get it fixed, to no avail. We managed. My big concern would be communication. How do you get a message to someone?
