Location is great. The accommodation is comfortable and has a balcony. The apartment building has an elevator.

The bathroom and the main bedroom are facing the street and this side of the building is on the ground floor which can be inconvenient if someone is standing on the street. The wifi is not working well.

Appartamento nuovo e molto funzionale in pieno centro e vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città. Curato nei particolari, è stato un piacere soggiornarvi. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e velocissima nelle risposte sia per le questioni pratiche sia per eventuali problematiche.

"Lovely flying visit to a very comfortable and swanky apartment!"

The automated check in process was extremely quick and easy and the apartment itself was amazing. We were disappointed to only be there 1 night! We didn't use many of the facilities but there is a full kitchen including washing machine. Shower was amazing and bed very comfortable. The balcony at the back of the apartment was small but a really nice place to sit (and, in our case, listen to the rain!) Very good location right in the centre of the old town. Ended up using a nearby underground car park rather than on street parking - bit pricey but other than that, no complaints. Check the times of the ZTL - we arrived after it had finished so had no issue.

The only issue we had was noise from the apartment upstairs. I wear earplugs anyway, but my partner's sleep was disturbed by the sound of the TV (and he's generally not very sensitive).

L'appartamento è sicuramente un buon alloggio, ma il servizio è problematico. La cucina è comoda e in generale la casa è curata e in un buon condominio. L'alloggio è in centro a Torino, comodamente raggiungibile.

Purtroppo nell'appartamento non c'è stata acqua calda e la risposta dell'host è stata sostanzialmente di "goderci" l'acqua fredda visto che era estate, senza offrire soluzioni né uno sconto. Il servizio ha lasciato a desiderare.
