Thank you for booking with AGI APARTMENTS! We would like to inform you about some important details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION: It is essential to have WhatsApp, as it is our main method of contact. Through this app, we will send you the link to complete the online check-in. ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: filling in the details of all guests, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract. By completing the online check-in, you authorize our agency to charge the security deposit to your credit card in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always correspond to the invoice for any damages caused. ADDITIONAL FEES: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay. CHECK-IN TIME: From 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: Until 10:00 a.m. VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments use an automatic access system via link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, as long as the online check-in has been completed. INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that data roaming is activated if you are coming from abroad, as the electronic system is activated through a link you will receive via WhatsApp.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
