Bardzo fajny apartament, przestronny, wygodny, czysty. Przemiły gospodarz, bezproblemowy kontakt i zameldowanie. Wokół apartamentu bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe, bywa gęsto ale zawsze udawało nam się znaleźć jakieś miejsce do zaparkowania. Blisko, spacerkiem do centrum , w pobliżu markety.

Nie jest to absolutnie wina obiektu, ale napiszę to dla osób którym szczególnie zależy na plażowaniu . Jest blisko do morza, w pobliżu apartamentu znajdują się plaże jednak nie są to najfajniejsze plaże . Dużo fajniejsze miejsca do plażowania znajdują się z drugiej strony Monopoli .
