location, pool and grill

property balcony was unstable plus balcony furniture was broken , property had a smell , didnt know it was up 3 flight of stairs. guess was handicappe . carpet had stains .

The location was great it was near everything me and my wife like to go when we go there.

It was a much older place than the picture lead us to believe. From the rusted door to the smelly inside of the unit.

There was no key in the condo to use the indoor pool. The agent on the phone I spoke with was supposed to get back to me and he never did

Perfect in every way!!

Humidity was bad, but I think it was the weather more so than the unit.

This review is for Mariner Cove We were called and told that there were water issues with Shipwatch because of all the recent rains. We loved being able to look out over the marsh.

No problems

The pool was conveniently located from us. The place was equipped with most of our needs.

The first location was across from the beach. The porch was falling off, so he moved us (away from the beach). The second location we came home the second night and the floors were flooded. Apparently, this happens yearly because the units share a drain. He offered to move us, but it was 11pm at this point. We put towels out, and they showed up at 8 am. the following morning to remove the water. This woke up my kids and husband. It wasn't what we expected but we made it work.

It was close to the beach. The idea of an apartment to myself sounded good. Until I got there and it wasnt clean. Literally bugs crawling over the walls, dishwasher was not run by previous tenant or cleaning people, washer was half way through a cycle were it was stopped and I had to reset it to even use it. Contested the management they pretty much said well ok . Sry but ur here deal with . No thanks I called 1 of the resorts around town and finally left the property as that was very sad for wat I paid .
