Arrived and it was dark. No signage to find the room. Went to room. It was dirty, not cleaned from the previous tenant. Host did not answer the phone until the next morning. We had to find other accommodation late at night as it was not possible to stay in a dirty room. Host promised a refund. It did not happen.
