By the seaside

Extremely comfortable bed, very clean facilities. Very nice shower and the same amenities as a hotel with kettle, tea etc.

We give a 9/10 because there was no initial instructions on how to use the shower (turn sink tap to left to start boiler before using) and no initial instructions on if we can use the kitchen cutlery or fridge.

Large room very clean, good facilities. Plenty of parking on the road outside

Shower can be a bit temperamental but the instructions are easy to understand and implement

This room is like a hidden treasure. Tucked away in a clean and peaceful location, the place falls on the local bus route with Margate beach and Botany bay reachable within minutes. Abi is amazing and cool. All basic amenities in place. The room is super clean with garden view. And at such price, its a steal!! Would love to visit again 😊

Had an excellent stay at Abi's B & B. Very friendly host and everything you need close to hand including the beach. There is also a garden which is very peaceful and lovely to sit in the evening and the room was very spacious which looked out over the garden. Definitely will stay again...in fact going to revisit next year!

The host was great. The house was clean and tidy and smelled beautiful especially the lining I would recommend this to anyone. I will definitely stay here when working in the area *****

High quality bedroom furnishing and shower room. Kitchen and garden use permitted.

We decided to go to the Folk Festival at the last minute and there wernt many rooms available and we were a bit concerned that the property seemed out of town but neednt have worried as its on the excellent loop bus service which serves Broadstairs Ramsgate and Margate. The room was clean,spacious and homely and all facilities were excellent.The self checkin arrangement worked fine.Price was very reasonable.
