Room was very clean and lovely Bed was very comfortable

Little problem with the shower and luck of sockets in the room

The bedroom and shared toilet & bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Its in a good location , with a pub nearby and bus routes to the beaches.

It is in a quiet, residential area. It is not what I would call close to the sea, but you can walk there. It's about 20 minutes to the closest water's edge, but a much longer walk to the popular beachfront area where the main attractions are, but there are frequent buses that go into the center of town, as well as to other towns like Ramsgate and Canterbury. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and good.

There is no breakfast, but that wasn't a problem for us as we were visiting relatives livng nearby. There is a pub called the Wheatsheaf that is very close, but it doesn't open until 11am. Otherwise you have to walk a bit to find food. Our room was nice enough and very clean, but we would have appreciated a chair in the room.
