Host was next door and that made things easy.

When I got asked where I put the old looking dishwasher container. I had thrown it away. It definitely needed replacing.

Great stay

The building is nice outside but inside its dirty we wish they could have hired us to clean before we stay cos yooooo showers,kettle,sofa blankets were smelling,iron leaking burned my trouser

I only enjoyed wi-fi & mirrors are beautifull

Everything about the place was superb,the apartment was clean,the apartment was comfortable enough for me and my family, shops and restaurants are nearby and east ti locate

There is nothing i didn't like about the place

I made the reservation for my daughter her husband and two toddlers, there was no option for children so I paid for 03 adults to accommodate the payment of the kids. When I called the host to check in my daughter whom just came from Canada and was exhausted. She was very hostile, saying she need my ID to be uploaded, when I said its my daughter and husband gonna stay, she said I paid only for two guest, I explained I paid for 03 adults, but I'm not staying just them and the toddlers, 04 and 06 years old. She said she cannot accommodate them because she was not told about the kids, And said she will refund me. She was very rude and impatient, did not even say that you need to pay extra for the kids. She just dismissed us not taking into consideration that the reservation was made 03 days before check in, she was leaving them homeless and having to find accommodation on the eleventh hour, because she refused the children. She is not host material, as she clearly doesn't understand customer care and is full of herself. Rude and arrogant. I don't recommend any one to reserve this Dubai 2 apartment as the last minute red tape, with uploading ID and selfie with ID...is tedious and host like this that just cancels on you, will leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere. Be careful and safe. Select host that is friendly and care about the well being and safety of their guest. Dubai 2 is a No....No

how clean the property was and very confortable at the same time

the bedroom spaces were very small and there was no shower gel for the guest
