Very clean and well equipped

A little hard to find as no signs as to where in the park the unit numbers were . Communication of final email with arrival details never arrived from booking.com in clouding lockbox code however we contacted the owner and were able to get in.

That it was a good base camp clean and tidy had all what we wanted

Paying for electric sooner be in price autumn spring stay could be a lot more for electric if drying clothes etc

Chalet well presented, clean with all the facilities needed in the accommodation. Parking Good. Close to Supermarket. Very quiet, relaxing and peaceful. One problem with the Shower drainage was resolved the same day.

Everything was perfect until, Saturday 24th June, when our Credit Card, that we used to pay for this accommodation on Booking.com was scammed and the fraudster knew we had a payment to Booking.com. Our bank, that we contacted on the same day, told us to notify Booking.com of this Fraud. Over two hours later we had found a London Phone number on he Web for Booking.com. The AI asked us to enter our Confirmation number, I did this several times but it had no key to press to enter meaning it would not accept the info I was inputting so could not contact Booking.com of this Fraud. Suspect your site is compromised so as a first time customer we will never using Booking.com again. Hopefully. I will have some time to report this to Which? Magazine (The Consumers Association) of which I am a member, so that other Consumers will be aware of this and the complete difficulty (or impossibility) of being able to contact Booking.com is widely distributed. God Help if one had a problem abroad. Very, very poor tech.

A very good design and use of space. Good quality fittings and decor. Comfortable.

The shower tray did not drain properly, and each shower risked water overflow. Poss blocked drain, hair build up? Basin size in kitchen sink did not give a gap big enough to pour fluids away/rinsing before washing.

Quiet site, nice walk when you find the 3 fields, great to let the dog have a run, close to supermarkets and out of the way for when you want quiet time. No clubhouse or site shop, pizza on site on Saturday nights. Very well decorated.

Coin operated electric, small freezer. Shower acceptable but won't win awards.

Lovely clean chalet with all the amenities. Very comfy beds and nicely decorated rooms

Unfortunately the information about the door code was not sent to us and so we had to wait 1 hour until we were able to get it from the owner (also the number we were given for the property owners did not work), In addition, the property information was not sent to us so we did not know about having to have coins to operate the electricity.
