USSliding door in living room broken; doesn't lock at all O All curtains to sliding doors are broken; easy for people to look through • Drawers broken in guest bathroom • Vents super dusty and not cleaned • Wooden part of bed in master bedroom missing • Different passwords to WiFi and door on paper • Shower water cold after 5mins of showering • Sheets weren't fully cleaned • Heard somebody knocking at 3:34am (Sunday, December 21st)

USThere was nothing we liked about the property except the kitchen. Which we didn’t use at all.
We didn’t like that the house wasn’t clean, there was no linen, the pictures were outdated, no toiletries, there was only one television that worked which was in the master bedroom.

Terrible DO NOT BOOK 1st of all. I had it booked and paid for by 2 PM. I was not able to check in until about 7 PM due to cleaning issues so that makes them one very unprofessional and very dirty. Second off when I checked in they had a TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The TV in the living room did not work. They were responding to my text none of my calls, but they were responding to my text up until I got into the property and warned them about the TV. Then everyone tries to get comfortable in their beds and everyone’s sheets are dirty as if she didn’t even attempt at changing them. Overall terrible horrible experience worst place I could’ve picked to stay on the booking site.

USUSMonitor in the home and patio was a little old. garage seems like it will still be worked on. Had a hard time getting into the home roaches. That was a whole no detergent for dishes.
