The Amazon overall is a great place

The condo was getting dated and the customer service for the condo was a fair bit abrupt was more about getting your money off you than anything else

The locaties was good

The Russian lady who managed the room or building was horrible. Very unfriendly started shouting as soon as I told her about the complaint. This apartment is horrible was quite dirty aswell . The toilet was not clean. You could see a lot of poop stains on the toilet seat. The water system from the shower was leaking. I made a complaint about this. But the women did give me any respons. No shampoo for the shower. The ladies had at the reception could not speak english and were unkind. I dont put the picture of the toilet seat cause its to disgusting to put this online. But what made the experience really awfull was the attitude of the Russian lady. She made ten times worser. She only thinks about money. Hopefully people wont book at this apartment any more
