Staff lady so ignore, and price it's so expensive for this place , swimming pool look good but room it not clean and no Wifi just only lobbe , check your price before check in , l not happy not Fair for Money for this price

very nice apartment and very clean with lots of space, host was helpful and resolved small issue with parking very promptly. a great place to stay in Pattaya and Jomtien Beach.

the pool area of the property is very beautiful, you can spend your evening time there. apart from this their were enough utensils for a family of 4 people. the kitchen is very helpful as there were no restaurants nearby.

the property is at remote location, the transport vehicle tuk tuk is not able near the property you have to walk or take a bike to travel easily. there were no room service available which other apartments provide even on low rent rates. There is a narrow road which take you to the property and its not safe to travel at night alone. you cant go out when its dark to buy groceries and other stuff. There is a baby lizard in the apartment, I don’t know from where it came. the main attraction of pattaya is pattaya beach and this property is way far from the beach. the jomtien beach is dead there were no such attractions and sports as compared to pattaya beach. so i suggest you book your stay near the pattaya beach or you will pay heavy travel cost.

Room dirty, bed sheets dirty found condom in the bed,refused to change bed sheets, TV didn't work, had to leave after 2 nights, had car clamped they said we needed a sticker on it, but didn't give us one when we signed in. Your rep said she couldn't speak English as she was Russian, worse experience of my life, we left and booked Sabai Inn with you which was 1st class.
