Location! Location! Location!! Perfect spot for the beautiful little seaside town! Super friendly staff!!

The only issues were functional and due to the small size of the space. For example, the shower was very small and did not have doors or a curtain to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. They needed additional spaces to hang things - towels, beach wear, etc….

Per booking.com check in was from 2pm. We were traveling with an infant and were up from 4am and expected to be able to check in on time. The room however was not ready and after several calls and messages to the host, who was not present, was an empty reception, we received no apology, only that the room was not ready and he told us that he would call us when it was ready. This was unacceptable to us as our baby was tired and exhausted and we expected to be able to check in on time per the booking conditions. The host then arranged to have the cleaner clean our room A11 before room 10. As the cleaner passed us on the stairs she told us that we interrupted her break. Overall a terrible start to our holiday, and the first negative review I have written on any platform. We finally entered the room at approx 3.15pm, and this would have been considerably later if not for our calls and messages to the host and having the cleaner prioritise our room over room 10. Our treatment upset us so much we acquired a separate accommodation at our own cost.

The location is great. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The cleaning lady was very sweet.

We arrived at 10:00 a.m. The host told us the room will be ready around 13:00-14:00 and he will text us. He never texted. We called and texted but he turned off his phone. We waited and werent accomodated until 17:00 p.m. which was incredibly frustrating and violated their policy. We lost that day while waiting. There were 2 other couples with babies that waited too and I cant imagine how they felt. We were given the wrong room and we had to change it after 1 hour. Our room flooded while we slept from the AC, because the water container was full and my clothes and shoes were soaked.

Excellent position in the city center and super bed and isolation. It will help you to have a full comfortable sleep

The lack of glass in the shower. After you shower the bathroom will be completely wet and slippery

Great location, cleaned daily, Aircon, tea and coffee in the room, balcony overlooking Papadiamantis Street was fabulous and large. The bed was large and so comfortable.great soundproofing and blackout curtains if you wanted to use them. Good communication from the owner. Everything was fantastic

Liked everything about the place, it is just great. Didn't really see the other guests. Couldn't remember the codes to the door so had to check on my phone for them but no problems getting in.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the town. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
