Ocean 11 Hotel

Location was super good. It was near the port. Very nice facilities with a good wifi. The view from the window which opened to the Main Street of the town center was so nice.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location is great and made it easy to get around, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The mattress was also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The Nespresso coffee maker in the room was a nice touch and very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent — responses were always quick and helpful. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and care shown when a small issue occurred during my stay. It was handled immediately and resolved perfectly, which really demonstrated great customer service. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Spotless, comfortable and modern apartment in an ideal spot for the shops restaurants and port. The owner was very accommodating as I had a cancelled flight so arrived a day later. This was very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Lack of cleaning, I had to empty bins as no cleaner till I day before I left. Very strange.
