"The managing agent needs to be changed"

The place is lovely and as per the pictures

I had to buy my own toilet paper and hand soap .only one toilet roll provided for the entire stay and place..you have to take out the bin ...or you lose your deposit ....it took us 20 minutes to find the refuse area ...the cleaner also told us to check out at 9.00 and told us this was the rules..although on booking dot com the check out is 10.00 very rude and unpleasant person.
