The parking was not busy . Easy to find a parking spot

Out dated. Hair on the beds sheets. The walls needed to be painted. No space or draws to put clothes in . I would never stay here again. The 7 adults i had said the same thing , they will never stay at Tradewinds. They are posting it on there face book and so will I . I have stayed at the Phoenix all of them. And it is all up dated and never not dirty

I love the location,the pool it’s great clean and worm water, the have a lot parking spaces, great views, and our condo was spacious!

It was dirt walks, dirty trims, dust all the furniture , my bed bedding wast dirty, they leaf only 1 trash bag for all 3 nights, and on the kitchen it’s not a good knifes and many of the pots are old!

There were no keys, just a code with too many numbers. The door wasn't labeled so several laps were made before we found the room. There was still sand and dirt all in the grout that I cleaned up prior to placing our belongings. The air conditioner did not work. I messaged and called with no response. It was 85° in our room the entire stay. Security was rude and abrasive. Tradewinds will not be a future destination for my family especially for the price.

Very good location - condo was comfortable and had all the necessities.

The condo is older and needs some maintenance- for the price is was a good value. Both ceiling fans need work. Beds we’re comfortable and clean.

I loved how the staff as well as the property. Our stay was so personal. They took customer service to an entirely different level. Our stay here was so warm and fuzzy! Katelyn was such a doll from the jump. I told here our reasoning for being there and she made it happen. She decorated our loaner home with class of 23 decors. Ms. Kelly was awesome as well. I must have bothered this young lady a million times and she never rushed me. She was always so professional. So, our stay was a beautiful one and if we ever return back to Orange Beach, this is where my family will be.
