Very good location, and big enough

The staff is not the best. Bad comunication. There is a very old Man, kind of doorkeeper, very friendly when we just arrived, but never again. After our first night when we came back from walking around, we was so rude telling us we were having a party, which was not true.. he didn't even ask... 2nd night the same.. and the building have people living there in other apartments.. but of course should be the tourist in his racist mind. I won't come back to this place ever. The whole Malta is so racist.

La récupération des clés a été simple et l’appartement était propre à notre arrivée, ce qui est toujours appréciable. L’emplacement est également très bon : le logement est bien situé, avec des commerces et transports à proximité, ce qui facilite les déplacements.

L'accueil reste à améliorer. Nous sommes arrivés avant 15h, en ayant pourtant contacté l’établissement à l’avance pour demander s’il était possible de récupérer les clés un peu plus tôt. La réponse a été un refus catégorique, sans proposition d’alternative, ce qui nous a contraints à attendre plus d’une heure au pied de l’immeuble, en pleine chaleur. Nous avons trouvé l’hôte un peu trop présent, avec plusieurs interventions durant notre séjour : Il est intervenu parce que la climatisation était allumée alors que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Nous attendions simplement que le cycle s’arrête (ce qui prend environ 15 minutes), et entre-temps, nous avions ouvert les fenêtres pour aérer le logement. Nous avons utilisé le digicode pour récupérer les clés, car nous n’avions qu’un seul trousseau pour quatre personnes. Cela nous a valu une remarque désagréable de la part de l’hôte, alors que nous n’avions pas d’autre solution. Le check-out est à 10h, ce que nous trouvons un peu trop tôt. Enfin, pour le prix payé, nous estimons que le mobilier et les équipements sont assez anciens et mériteraient d’être renouvelés.

The location, the air conditioner, the large space.

The furniture is dated, and there were only two plastic chairs to sit on the balcony, but there are two balconies and the apartment is for four people.

it was a good location

no handwash for bathroom no showerhead, just a hand held hose. no microwave, no decent mugs. was supposed get double bed but was given single. no customer service, staff rude & unhelpful. no blanket only thin sheet. check in time on booking.com was different to what owners were telling us, lost 3hrs of check in time, same for check out.no washing machine when booking said there would be one, had to pay extra. no plug for bath. toilet wouldn’t flush properly. overall, the staff were rude and told us we were whinges, they had no customer service what so ever.

1. Richard is amazing, he is someone that takes care of the building matters. He is very kind and caring to guests, and goes out of his way. 2. The location is good 3. The apartment view is great.

1. I have given notice that we will be arriving at midnight due to our flight. We arrived exhausted after a long journey and found that the air conditioning remote control could not be found anywhere. This was a frustration on a hot summer night. 2. The management does not give you an option to store your luggage after a 10am check out. 3. In the apartment, there were no mugs or cups, so you have to buy water bottles to drink from. There was also no hand washing soap. 4. The apartment is prone to be noisy as the walls are thin. So you can hear what people are talking about from other apartments, doors slamming, people talking as they come in and out of the lift at any hour of the day/night.

Perfect location, very nice view, spacious rooms, good parking situation. beds are separates in both rooms, but very comfortable. Reception helpful and friendly.
