Didn’t receive the check in email and had to call about it. The condo door lock was a joke and hanging on by a thread, no safety latch or chain on the inside either. The ice maker woke us up two nights in a row it made so much racket we thought someone was breaking in. The washing machine was broken and leaked water onto the floor (we report it). The shower in the primary is tiny and the shower curtain has mold growing on it. And we were notified a few days before arrival that the water would be shut off from 9am-2pm which was very inconvenient. And if that isn’t enough there was no mention on the booking site that there is no elevator- so you be prepared to climb the stairs with your luggage. The only positive was the view…….😩
