Nice decour, modern. All the amenities

No sink

The location was good. There's a 7-11 at entrance to the buldining. Coins operate laundry near by, lots of cafe and eateries. Very near to the airport, One Nimman and Maya mall. The rooms is spacious, lighting is great, facilities in the room is exception. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Apartment is well maintained, good decor. Although we personally did not meet the host, he was always reachable and very helpful. Host had kept a lot of complimentary eats & drinks for which we were very thankful. Location is excellent, 7 Eleven on the ground floor of the building. Good malls within walking distance, Night markets, good massage parlours and best of all excellent restaurants nearby.

The bathroom is a bit crammed, the shower is just opposite/close to the commode.

Brilliant accommodation. Extremely well thought out and the room comfortably fitted 3 of us. I was worried there wouldn't be any cupboard space to unpack for a longer stay, but there was! Drawers under the window bed, hanging rack and hanging shelves, the host has thought of everything. Comfort was a 10/10, we loved it so much we extended. It is 550 metres, or about a 5-10 minute walk to the Maya Shopping centre, and One Nimman is even closer. This place was fabulous, classy, cosy and we had so much fun just laughing and hanging out in the room cause it was such a nice room to be in. WiFi was great and the host is super generous, he left some drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. A great stay with plenty of great shopping all around.

Not a negative, as there is so many places to eat nearby, but a note that there is no cooking facilities in the room. There is a fridge, kettle and microwave which was great. And I want to recommend a little local food place just outside in the street, directly next to the self service laundromat. The sign said organic veggies, and it was good food at a cheap price. There was plenty of food in the area including a 7-11 downstairs, and subway nearby.

The room basically has everything I need! The location is amazing I didn't even need a taxi!

When the night gets quite, I could hear the elevator "ding" sound. It's raining season so could hear the rain dropping as well. (But I'm very tired everyday so I still fall asleep)

There isn’t really a second bedroom

Great stay at nimman

Bathroom doesnt have exhaust so becomes smelly at times but thats manageable not a big issue as they have kept air freshner sprays too.
