I think quite few comments about the floor mat provided does not absorb water (hence made the floor wet & not comfy), and one of the water heater in the bathroom (sharing) sometime not functioning. Hope the host take these comments seriously and provide better service that worth the penny. Thank you!!

Visible spiderwebs everywhere a bit scary. Water heater sometimes not working. U have only 1 Hair dry is not a problem if it is not fixed in the room, it is very inconvenient.
MYI recently stayed at Serene Mossy Family Cottage located in Palas Horizon and had a fantastic experience. The owner was welcoming and efficient during check-in, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, plus a great view of mountains. The location was perfect, close to a lot of attraction place, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, the service, comfort, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Serene Mossy Family Cottage and will definitely return! Thanks 🙏🏻
