Unfortunately Holidu intentionally tries to defraud customers. The local host Mavra tried her best to fix issues but fell ill during our stay. Luckily she had the sheets cleaned and changed by a professional company.

- wrong description and the company denied it had promoted services which are still on the website -unresponsive, intentionally lying ( or lazy ?) and uninformed customer service which had to be proven wrong with Screenshots and photos instead of checking what they actually advertised - no extra bed - does it make a difference if you have a double and a single or just a double bed? Nah… - no kitchenette (host bought a cooking plate but nowhere to prepare food - nor any utensils - no access to bbq even though there’s one but it’s part of the restaurant - beach club is a group of deck chairs without cushions - pool constantly occupied by groups of kids or used for water ball matches - beach club consists of deckchairs mostly reserved for people staying in the houses - sailing school equipment being everywhere in the way and being prepared noisily under our balcony from 8.30am -mold on sink and shower -sewage truck in the morning -9.00am very day- makes balcony unusable - door out of hinges but you’ll figure it out after a week -holes in sheets and linen (professionals) -WiFi only working intermittently on the outside corner of the balcony Best of all the booking customer service which first sent an AI written response how they valued me as a genius customer, recommended I accept a 150 euro refund when I could have booked a nicer room for a lot less than I paid. Good bye Booking you also lost a customer of over 18 years.
