Amazing host, amazing room and amazing breakfast. We were staying here while discovering Lago di Como and it was very close by a car. Room was spacious and cosy. Gerlanda is polite and kind person. She changed our towels once during our stay and also cleaned our room every day. Breakfast was excellent, with savory and sweet options. Everything was 10/10!

The host Gerlanda is super friendly and hospitable. She baked a delicious cake specifically for me since I'm intolerant to wheat, which I truly appreciated. The place is super clean and the bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet and parking is very close by. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet get away from the rush and busy life and wants to experience the simple village atmosphere.

We didn’t expect to find such a magical place on our journey back from Tuscany to Germany. This charming building, dating back to the 1400s, is located right next to a historic church and the historic center, adding to its timeless charm. The moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how tastefully decorated and impeccably clean everything was. Every corner of the place reflects the care and attention to detail that has gone into preserving its charm. Our host, Geralda, was not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but she's also a talented painter with a wealth of stories about the ancient history of the place. Her passion for the property and its history made our stay even more special. Breakfast was also a treat. Geralda puts so much care into the morning meal, offering a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. The fresh, local ingredients made every bite a delight, and the personal touch of having Geralda prepare the cappuccinos by hand added a warm, homely feel to the experience. It was the perfect way to start the day before we continued our journey back to Germany.

Gerlanda was a great host, very hospitable and friendly. The Breakfast she prepared was lovely. She gave advice where ever she could concerning excursions around lake como. The room was very spacious and cozy and clean. The bathroom is fairly modern and also very clean.
