Clean, friendly staff, easy to navigate

I enjoyed how the hotel was peaceful and away from the nightlife, but was also within walking distance if I did want to go out and enjoy the night life

I didn't like the lack of food options inside of the hotel.

the bed was so comfy and the location of the property was amazing!

Everything from check in to check out the room was super nice very clean 10 out of a10

Absolutely nothing

The place was quiet and clean. I love it

I booked the hotel room 5-618 at mgm signature only because of the jacuzzi, however, the jacuzzi had other people's hair in different spots of the tub upon check-in. the note in the hotel room stated "if the room isn't room to your satisfaction, let us know and we'll fix it". i requested to have the jacuzzi re-cleaned and requested certain supplies in the room. I was told the housekeeper would come on day 2 afternoon but when I returned to the room, the jacuzzi remained the same condition and the hair was still there. but they told me the jacuzzi is already cleaned which is a lie. I was told to send them photos and I did. then I asked to have some partial refund because I wasn't able to use the jacuzzi and that's the only reason why I booked this room. then I was ignored and no response/follow up after i verbalized my complaint and disappointment. very disappointing! customer service of this studio is not handled by the MGM hotel; it's managed by a third party - the customer service isn't good.

Great! Everything was great, the room and great location! Love that there wwere extra towels too!

Rooms could've been cleaner on the sides of the sofa and kitchen were crumbs left behind
