"A great option in Konaev close to Kapchegay Lake"

The property is close to the beach - 2 mins of walking. It has space to park your car. The rooms have the minimum needed items for a good short stay. Staff had great attitude.

If the property is fully booked, it may get a bit noisy in the evening because of guests who might stay late and discuss in the courtyard. The staff tried their best to make us feel comfortable - since we were with kids.

"Remote location, friendly hosts"

It was quiet, the room was neat and tidy, the hosts were friendly and kind. They gave us some homemade snacks to take away the next morning. Coffee and tea were available from the shared kitchen.

Very remote location, we had to go out of our way to look for dinner and breakfast.

I totally agree with all the positive reviews! It’s a great place to relax down! The owners are lovely, really helpful and the son is a great guy. There are some shops nearby where you can get your needs and the beach is great for a swim:)
