Appartamento bellissimo e magnifico balcone.

Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man zum Kochen und Braten braucht.

Wärend des ganzen Urlaubs war ein Bagger vor der Tür und hat einen Höllenlärm gemacht, so dass wir unseren Balkon überhaupt nicht nutzen konnten. Es gibt in Palmar keinen Sandstrand wo man baden konnte.

Nice view, very well kept area and surrounding with a lot of flowers and trees .

It is not mistake of the apartment but we had bad luck with neighbors above us who were extremely noisy, father and child screaming to each other, mother noisy. They moved furniture around and because there are no carpets, it was noisy. Inside and outside (at the balcony/terase). We asked for help to talk to them, it took a bit but then it was organized. That family somehow moved the major noise from room above us to one room further. But we still could hear them and other neighbors complained to them as well . Shortly said, if you have bad luck and someone lives above you, noise from furniture moving around will stay. We had tilk end of our stay wake uo call at 8.25 latest because of that noise..

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place, especially for the families.

TV settings were all in German language so it was hard for us to find anything for our kid to watch. It would be great to set up Spanish or English.
