Very new and tidy, staff where helpful and friendly

seen a few ants around however they said they will tackle this.

Beautiful new hotel that is mold free (very important). The staff were very warm, welcoming and accomodating. Will definitely be back.

Still under construction but not a noisy building site. Rooms are large, clean, good aircon. Finishes to rooms are a bit rough but still good value.

The staff on arrival were nice, that’s it.

The location - there’s construction going on right now which is understandable BUT there is no sign directing you to the hotel which was so confusing. It’s impossible to find. Our taxi man could not even find it & we spent 1 WHOLE HOUR trying to find it. The driver was asking locals where it was, even they didn’t know. Management- the contact number we were given to contact didn’t answer the phone, we called MULTIPLE times both on WhatsApp and mobile but no answer. Then finally they picked up an hour later and said “I am sorry for the late reply” 😂👍🏼 Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. The room- after we finally arrived, we went to the room and there was smashed glass on the floor & bugs on the bed. We told the reception staff and they cleaned it up, there was no alternative room. There was bugs outside and just all over the place. There was 2 staff members on duty, one female and one male they were both really nice, understanding and helpful. The management is terrible.
