Gražus butas, labai geroje vietoje, nemokama vieta automobiliui. Šeimininkas atsižvelgė į mūsų pageidavimą ir leido įsiregistruoti anksčiau laiko, greitai atsakydavo į žinutes.

Nepaisant įjungto kondicionieriaus miegoti antrame aukšte buvo tvanku. Reiktų atnaujinti keletą smulkių dalykų pvz. tik vienas kabliukas rankšluosčiams vonioje.

"Cercano al Centro pero la limpieza y mantenimiento deberían mejorar"

Tranquilidad. Moderno y nuevo (aunque falto de mantenimiento).Vistas a un patio-jardín. Calle muy tranquila. Cercano al Centro.

Falta de mantenimiento: Bombillas, picaportes, lavabo desagüe del fregadero, mando del garaje y lámparas de mesa, todos rotos. Rozones en las paredes sin repintar. Ni olía a limpio ni lo estaba: Juntas de azulejos de ducha sucia. Desagüe de lavabo sucio. No daba seguridad el ducharse descalzo. Algún pelo íntimo en las sábanas (probablemente sin mudarlas).
