_Objekat se nalazi na izvrsnoj lokaciji, udaljen je 1 minutu hoda od bus stanice, u blizini su kafe objekti, marketi. Komunikacija sa domacinom je izvrsna, preuzimanje kljuca je moguce u sanducicu. Objekat je izuzetno cist, toalet uredan, posteljina i rucnici su cisti i oprani. Objekat ima svoj parking koji osiguran zatvorenim dvoristem.

Nije mi se svidjelo da se dodatno naplacuje parking prostor 15 eura - jer samo 100 metara od zgrade nalazi se veliki gradski parking koji je slobodan, bez naplate u periodu 22:00 - 08:00, te neradnim danima 00:00 - 24:00.
