Comfortable and quiet

The entrance inside was very dirty. Not impressive.

Struggles to find the place but called up and was helped to the location

£125 withholding fee is required a few days before which is ridiculous as the property was extremely poor. On arrival it is extremely hard to find. The key pad system didn’t work. When trying to check in at 4 ( which was the check in time ) the cleaners were in our room and were told to wait. We waited 30mins in the hallway until we were able to go into our room with no apology. When entering the place was extremely dirty with rice on the chairs, cutlery and the draws were dirty and unusable until washed by myself. food splattered on the stove, hairs on the bed and a dirty tissue under the bed. Shower is very small as my partner struggled trying to move around as well as the toilet lid being broken. Very thin walls, could hear everything hall in other rooms and due to this had a poor nights sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone and recommend to find somewhere else !!!

There was a strong odour in the flat- like old rubbish. The entrance to the building is rather strange and it’s a bit scary when staying alone- it’s not in the nicest of areas. The shower is very small and enclosed.

Getting in and out little bit of hassle at night cause couldn't see key lock very well but no big deal

The location was superb.

The access code on arrival did not work for us or another couple. Building work going on and it was from 8am on a Sunday morning. The shower is very compact, I'm 6'2 and had very little room to move.

Door code did not work. After 1 hour emailed about the problem of access. Staff emailed back about a keycode that worked. The main electronic access lock was acknowledged to be faulty. It should be repaired immediately. The lack of access created a poor start to the stay.

Everything ! Was comfortable and cosy for a perfect weekend

Studio numbers on intertcom service would have been more helpful for food deliveries but not a huge issue
