Casa Blanca Suite B2 - Sunlit Montecito Studio Retreat with Patio

Absolutely stunning little bungalow just minutes from the beach. The bed was insanely comfortable! The renovations keep the original charm of this little Spanish abode, which my husband and I highly value. We absolutely hate when the interior of a vintage building is stripped of what makes it special, but that was not the case here--gorgeous tile floors, wood kitchen countertops, tasteful textiles throughout. We will 100% be back again. We stayed here for our elopement and it couldn't have been more perfect. Can't wait to book for our 1 year anniversary! Oh also, the complimentary beverages were above and beyond.

The one thing that would have made this place over the top is a roomy bathtub. There's nothing better than a hot soak on vacation. Aside from that, we couldn't ask for anything more.

For me, this was the perfect spot. Between Summerland and Santa Barbara, access to all the sites. It was very secure. Incredibly comfortable. Easy to access and locate.

I knew the properety was close to the freeway. When outside the noise level was quite noticable. That said, once inside the nosise level was much lower and in fact I could hardly hear the freeway noise. Plus there was white noise in the form of a fountain that masked the freeway noise.

I was a little nervous being this was my first private rental outside a hotel . My friend and I rented two of them next to each other . It was soo fun ! They were absolutely beautiful, comfortable and the host was so responsive. Honestly better than most hotels and for reference I usually stay at 4+ . It had so much charm I felt safe and really got a feel of the community. The location is very convenient whether you want to have a nice little brunch at RH or San Ysiadro ranch or zip over to the Rosewood or downtown. We can’t wait to go back summer . Despite the previous bad reviews regarding pets …. I had my pet with me and it wasn’t a problem at all . The host was extremely welcoming to my little Thor :) However if you have bigger dogs that may bark and disturb the neighborhood I can see it being an issue .

Cozy, quiet, great layout and very comfortable

Such a beautiful and cozy studio. Perfect for the two of us to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean, comfortable, and located in a great location. Easy access to the freeway, but quiet and private. We loved it and will definitely stay here again!

It is just as it appears in the pictures—warm and well decorated. There is plenty of room and a nice private courtyard, welcome items. I think we got a cheaper price than normal at last minute (day before) based on looking at other dates it is 30%-50% lower so it was extremely good value for us. This is close to summer land beach but it is sort of tucked a way in a residential neighborhood and not quite walkable to anything. We went on a run which got us to a park overlooking the beautiful beach, but would not have walked it. We came for the nice digs and access to Santa Barbara (which requires a quick drive on the freeway). It fit the bill and we were very happy.
