This is a lovely 2 bedroom flat, which has everything you need, including soft fluffy towels. The twin bedroom has its own bath + toilet and just opposite the double bedroom there is a shower + toilet. I had a really good night's sleep and will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Close to town centre and beach.

I was unable to stay at this property due to its condition on arrival. The accommodation was not as advertised and was in an unhygienic and poorly maintained state, with visible dirt and grime throughout. I took dated photographs immediately on arrival to document this. I attempted to contact the host via the Booking.com app to ask whether the property had been cleaned, but received no reply at the time. When further communication occurred later, the host’s messages were unprofessional and made me uncomfortable continuing any direct contact. I contacted Booking.com for assistance, but they were unable to resolve the issue as the host did not respond to their enquiries. As a result, I had to secure alternative accommodation at short notice, resulting in significant additional cost. Based on my experience, this property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, did not reflect the listing photographs, and the customer service experience was poor. I am still waiting for a refund and am disappointed with the level of customer support booking.com could provide. I would not recommend this accommodation.
