"DISAPPOINTED"

Location

Very disinterested agency staff I have several examples: 1. After I booked and paid, they asked me additional money for linen and towels, even though were listed as included on the Booking 2. After ckech-in online I received a message that at 16:00 we meet at the location to receive the keys.  When we arrived there was no one and on the phone they told us to go to their office to get the keys. 3. All the towels we found were dirty 4. I forgot 2 things and asked if I can recover them. They let me know that I could send someone to retrieve them from their office.  Surprise, they told our friend didn't have them and would call him when he got back.  After 4 days, when I wrote to them again, replied that they actually can't find them.....
