Modern facilities, good condition

The automated approach and use of anonymised interactions with the facility. The hybrid hotel vs apartment experience is weird. While I appreciate good facilities the lack of a host experience is odd.

"Great place and my go to place I book every year :)"

The space inside and outside the apartment. It was modern and clean. 24 hour concierge so we felt safe and secure. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. It was nice to be given a some coffee pods in the room but a nice extra would be a couple of bottles of water :)

Good apartment, great position, reception and security. Good beds and good quality in bathroom. Car park very good

limited crockery so washed dishes rather than dishwasher
