They were kind enough to allow us to check-in earlier than the stipulated time. The front staff were professional and friendly. The apartment is airy, spacious, well-equipped and fairly new - as advertised. The appliances (big and small) are of luxury-grade. There's free wifi, and parking space is also allocated should you have a vehicle. I loved the heated towel rails in the bathrooms. It is well located and secure, close to the beach and shops. At night be prepared to be serenaded by seagulls.😊 Overall, we had an excellent stay and experience.

- They give you one set of towels and only refreshed the towels on the afternoon of the 5th day of my stay. I was checking out on 6th day. - The noise from the nearby construction site started from 8am. - The second bedroom did not have block-out curtains. - No washing-machine available, problematic especially for longer stays. - The plug on the vacuum cleaner does not fit on nor adapted for the wall socket. Neither are there other cleaning equipment.

The apartment is new. Design and finishes are modern and very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed, and you can easily stay for an extended amount of time. Great balcony area.

No aircon in rooms, only in the living area / kitchen. Would have liked there to be a safe. The block out curtains in the main bedroom don't overlap so there was light shining through. Would recommend a sleep mask.

Everything else in the property was great, location, furniture, very safe and lovely balcony.

Some mirrors in the bedrooms and bins in the toilet would be a great addition.

The apartment was in excellent condition and well located.

I liked the furnishings and fittings. Very modern and clean. Safe onsite parking with monitors the entire day. Location was also great. Close to V@A waterfront with the beach being nearby. Easy access to highways. Good food places nearby.

There was some communication problem when I called the lady whose name and number were given as the contact person and she was unable to assist with my query. I would have liked a complimentary clean up of the apartment at least once ,midway of our stay, since we did stay for 6 days, more importantly of the ablution facilities and 1 linen change.
