"Much prefer to just stay at a hotel next time."

Everything cost extra. If you wanted trash to be emptied, extra. An extra blanket, extra. Clean towels, extra. The host didn't know the WiFi name. The front desk would ring for about 5 - minutes before anyone answered.

"The entire stay was excellent!"

The Jacuzzi. Valet said that they would be full later that night if we left but since I have ADA handicap plates they let me park in valet even though they were full. It's hotel policy and a much appreciated one!

Valet took a bit long but it's New Years Eve so it was expected.

"It was nice, short vacation for us with perfect room and close to strip."

The property was in great location, clean and comfortable.

I did not like that was no early check in, as other people arrived same time and was able to check in. We had to wait until certain time since it was “individually own “ as the reception said. What is the harm with 1 hour early checkin for your customers? That’s just good customer service and accommodating .
