⭐⭐⭐⭐. Great Studio Apt for a business trip. Friendly staff and easy to communicate with. Assistance within the timeline required. Definitely will stay again for my next business trip.

It’s convenient because it’s near Legoland, which is our destination. The staff were also very efficient — when we mentioned the place needed cleaning, they took immediate action.

When we first arrived, the floor was quite sticky and dirty, there was hair in the toilet bowl, and a few things were broken, such as the wardrobe and bathroom doors.

The location ..the smells...the host hospitality.. The host keeps reminding me how to check in, time, n how to check out..

The door has to use a key instead of the smart card..The bathroom door cannot lock n stuck..under the sofa full of dust..like it didn't clean for a long time. no cutlery/spoon provided.no hot shower.. I hope it can be improved..

I had a wonderful time staying at Grand Medini Residence. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Location-wise, it’s excellent—just a short walk to Legoland and plenty of convenience stores and eateries nearby. The pool and gym were well-maintained, and the overall environment was peaceful and family-friendly. I especially appreciated the secure parking and the beautiful views from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor Bahru, and I’m looking forward to staying here again!

I had an exceptional stay at A2502 Grand Medini Studio in Iskandar Puteri, Johor! The studio was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, close to attractions like Legoland and Medini Mall, making it convenient for sightseeing. The host was very responsive and attentive, which made check-in and any questions a breeze. I highly recommend this studio for anyone visiting Johor - it truly felt like a home away from home ❤️

The location is near to legoland

The apartment is rather old and there’s some moldy smell. The toilet door is squeaky and the wc is stained. The wifi was not working and when contacted the support number no one attend to us. Mobile data line coverage is also not so good, but we were out most days.
