The view of the property was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean too. At night you can see sky full of stars. The area is quite peaceful as there is nothing around it. Good if you wanna stay at a quite place for a night or two

There is no restaurant for almost 5 kms. They don’t even provide food services. Even if they take you to the restaurant they will ask for extra charges. If you don’t have your own vehicle which is full time with you then you need to think about it.

Tout était parfait ! L'hôte est très réactif et très gentil. Le chalet est juste parfait ; tout fonctionne très bien que ce soit le Wi-Fi, l'électricité, l'eau chaude... La vue est exceptionnelle et est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! L'emplacement est parfait ; 10min de voiture de la ville de Stephantsminda et 30min pour la randonnée de Juta ou Truso Valley. Le calme et le cadre sont vraiment une parenthèse exceptionnelle. Si vous voulez un peu d'intimité je vous conseille à 1000% ce petit paradis.

The best view of Kazbek. A cozy and clean cabin with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A private and peaceful location, with a good road and easy access. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a room with a panorama view of the mountains around Stepantsminda (~15 min from the city), then this is your place. Has a nice terrace for when it’s not so cold anymore. We saw the mountains and horses grazing from our bed. Facilities are nice, 1 hot plate, small pan and pot and fully equipped kitchen for easier meals, nicely cleaned bathroom and good, hard mattress for a nice sleep.

Was a bit cold due to huge glass windows and freezing temperatures outside, but the electric heater warmed it up rather quickly. The room is located directly at the road with a huge glass front, but there is hardly any vehicle driving there.

Отличный домик с обалденным видом из панорамных окон на горы. В ванной есть все необходимые принадлежности, мыло, шампунь-гель, зубные принадлежности. Наличие тапочек и халата тоже очень порадовало. Хозяин всегда на связи, оперативно отвечает на вопросы.

Не нашла на кухне нормального ножа, был только для хлеба с большими зазубринами, было очень неудобно резать им продукты для приготовления еды
