Lage, freundliches Personal.

Internet quasi nicht nutzbar. Veraltete Einrichtung, Flecken auf dem Teppich, keine Geldwechselmaschine im Wäscheraum. Generell renovierungsbedürftig.

県民割を使えるはずなのに 使えないの一転張りでフロントでひと悶着。 挙句の果てに自分で予約サイトに問い合わせて下さいとのこと。 こちらで確認して申し上げているのに。 その対応、言い方、全てに腹が立ちました。 結果、県民割も使える、ホテル側の間違いでした。 翌日にクーポン券を貰うことになり、マイナスですし、 発行の時も謝罪の一言もなく、最低でした。 再度の利用は有りません。
