Fabulous location, extremely clean and easy to access.

It was a bit hard to locate as we were looking for a sign that said Loft Atocha. We were not used to the very firm and long ‘sausage’ type pillow that went across the whole bed either.

Stairs too dangerous for anyone. One misstep would result in a fall down the stairs regardless of age or mobility.

Excellent location. Ten minute walk to Plaza Mayor and Sol. Close to Atocha station. Clean and spacious. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Supermarket nearby. Spacious bedrooms. Good bathrooms (2). Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. AC/heating worked well. Would stay again.

Internal stairs are a bit awkward, especially at the top. Someone with a mobility issue would find them almost impossible. Entry into kitchen and main bathroom is very low, banged our head a number of times.
