Suggest the balcony is cleaned/swept, at least, between lettings. Somewhere to put soap & shampoo whilst in the shower, also a shower mat would be safer.

High spec interior, easy access to the golf course and beach.

Double bed with shared duvet option only. Not ideal for a group of friends, in terms of bed arrangements.

Overall our experience was good. However when we arrived there was scaffolding around the property and the balcony was dirty with building rubble and dust. The following day at 8.10 am we were woken with workmen dismantling scaffolding . The noise continued all day and as a result we couldn’t open the doors due to the noise had to keep curtains shut for privacy and couldn’t use the balcony due to it being unsafe and dirty. This meant a loss of amenities at the property that we’d paid for and expected . We feel that as a courtesy we should have been told about this beforehand. We did email the owners using the channel we had contacted them on previously to express our disappointment but received no reply. The builders arrived again on Tuesday to clear up after themselves . This resulted in us having to move our car as they were working very close to it. Once everything had been cleared out stay albeit short was enjoyable and the property is lovely and on a beautiful complex
