Sleek and Stylish 3 Bed in Greenock - Sleeps 8

Property was on the ground floor and in very quiet area. Neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for holiday stay.

No complaints.

The property has been decorated well & plenty of space with 3 bedrooms . We booked so we had our own privacy & space on the days so only needed 2 rooms . Albeit we didn't sleep or use anything.

There was a strong smell of drugs when you go inside the close.I was attacked by dog from neighbour whilst trying to bring our luggage in . We then had 3 neighbours fighting outside bedroom window , ground floor flat with hammers . We left the next morning albeit we had paid in advance for 2 nights . We advised pass the property & booking.com , if we stayed inside flat we would be safe . Are we expected to run from car , through outside door then flat door & same to exit . The response is shocking I have 5 year old & my husband has serious health issues . We had taken food for breakfast , lunch & dinner all of which had to be binned as we left first thing & had to buy meals out until we could check into a hotel at 3pm on the Saturday . We had planned a family photo with local photographer which we also had to cancel as we had little sleep the night we were there . We were advised by pass the property to phone the police on the Friday night ref the drug smell & the dog . I am extremely disappointed by the response of pass the property & booking dot com. Note the police were called not by us but 2 cars & 4 officers arrived due to the events happening in the shared garden . We also had issues with the toilet door jammed on arrival which was difficult having travelled 2 hours for a 5 year old. This was resolved by the cleaner phoning 30 mins later & a fish slice . You couldn't pay me to stay there another night . Note the flat has zero in it ie teabags , coffee which we had brought but normally the host supplies so when you get you help yourself as a guest . I'm disgusted that pass the property & the owner would not refund us the Saturday night , tbh they should have refunded us in full . There seems to be no real concern about customers safety . I have not put up pictures of the fighting & screaming , pictures of police as booking dot com have them & weren't interested .

The rooms were good sizes and warm. Good shower Everything that we needed Ground floor Plenty of parking

It was a little further away from where we wanted to be

location could be better it was up a steep hill and 20 walk from town centre

The fact that someone had used the toilet and had not flushed it and it was not a pee

nothing in the apartment no teabags or coffee we also had a problem getting into the keypad for our key then couldnt get the pad to work so had to post the key in the letter box then they charged us for getting it fixed

we couldnt get the tv to work were advised to use our own netflix
