Totally 10/10. We highly recommend this location for a stay. The hospitality of the owners was unbelievable. They made us feel at home. The place is really close to the beach and with easy access. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything you could need for the stay. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it to any family that would to simply enjoy their holiday.

The studio is close to a beach and close to Kavala. It looks new, with suitable furniture and comfortable big beds. A very nice old lady presented us with home made jam and sweets upon our departure which was very kind. And the jam was delicious! Place is 10 min walk to the nearest bakery and restaurant.

The studio is situated in a basement which is not clear from the description in booking.com. If I knew, I wouldn't have booked it. The two small windows on the upper part of the wall are at the grass level of a tiny garden of another property. This makes the studio a bit dark despite all lighting. OK for one night, but not for a week, especially with a kid, if you do not want to live in a basement. No place to put your wet towels and bathing costumes. The so called terrace is not next to the studio but on the upper level where you arrive and park your car. This makes it a bit dusty given the traffic on the main road. The rest is fine, I believe customers need to know the studio is situated in a basement, i.e. underground.
